THE TERMS OF SERVICE CONSTITUTE A CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND SURGEONCHECK.COM, i.e. the SURGEONCHECK.COM domain name website found within said domain name, it's owners, shareholders, investors, management, employees, suppliers, contractors, and representatives (hereinafter "SURGEONCHECK.COM" or "We").
